SPINNING/CYCLING
Spinning: Get ready for an incredible ride! Your instructor will lead you through a variety of "terrain" experiences such as flat country roads, uphill climbs and downhill thrills! As you pedal, motivating music will be playing. Spinning burns serious calories (about 500 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome cardio workout that makes your heart pump fast. It also tones your quads, outer thigh muscles, abs and arms. Sign up at the front desk. No experience needed.
